Architecture, structural engineering and quantity surveying are in-house. Drawings, costings and manufacturing answer to the same programme, which is why our dates hold.
How a project runs
Four stages, one accountable team. No sub-contracted design, no handover gaps.
One contract, start to handover.
Most interior projects lose time between the designer, the manufacturer and the installer. We removed the gaps by keeping all three in the same building.
Stage one
Brief & concept
We sit in your space, learn how you work or live, and return mood boards, layouts and photoreal renders.
Stage two
Documentation
Architectural drawings, structural input and a quantity-surveyed cost plan — priced before anything is cut.
Stage three
Manufacture
Cabinetry, furniture, countertops and stonework produced in our own workshop to the approved drawings.
Stage four
Fit-out & handover
Site installation, finishes and snagging by our installation teams, with maintenance available afterwards.
